If you ever need another reason to show you that Toronto is just hemmoraging money take a look at this study recently sanctioned by the City of Toronto.

They hired people to go around and take a look at how much shade is provided in public parks. Apparently “It was certainly confirming a hunch,” as George Thomas Kapelos of Ryerson puts it. What hunch exactly would that be? The fact that it’s sunny? Out in the sun?

This kind of crap is exactly what Torontonians are pissed off about.

If you’re really worried about the amount of shade your kids are receiving while you take them outdoors then don’t take them outdoors. Otherwise, how about you bring them home when you find it getting to be a little sunny outdoors?
