It’s perfectly legal to download and burn music - in Canada
Due to some foresight on the part of our Canadian lawmakers (for once it seems) Canadians are allowed to download music and television shows as long as they store them on CD’s or DVD’s. This is because in Canada there is a fee imposed on DVD’s and CD’s since people figure the only reason you are buying them is to burn music and movies.
